There are two places to reach us, and both are in Telegram. Nothing on this site asks you to sign up, so there is no account to log in to and no ticket form to fill in.

The bot: links and payments

The bot that every button on this site opens is where your link is issued. Ask there if a link will not import, if you want to continue after the trial, or if a payment in cryptocurrency does not seem to have arrived. Have the link or the payment reference at hand, so the answer can be about your case and not a general one.

Support: everything else

For questions about the service itself, a problem that the guides on this site do not solve, or a report about something on a page that looks wrong, write to the Telegram support account @vpnCustomersSupport. It is the support account for the service in English.

What we cannot help with

• Anything illegal where you live, or getting around the terms of another service
• An Indian IP address, because none of our five locations is in India
• Phone calls: there is no phone line and no postal address for customers
